To re-motivate myself to go to the gym and build my stamina, I mixed up hip-hop, alternative, and rock songs to get me in the groove. Specifically created for the days I’m at the gym, I use this playlist to remind myself to slow down while doing the weights. If you end up liking and using it, let me know!
